How do I track my order?

You'll receive an email once your order has been shipped, containing your tracking id.

When will my order arrive?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding the weekend and major holidays.

Sweden 1-3 business days

EU 4-8 business days

Rest of the world 10-20 business days

Once your order is shipped you will receive an email with your tracking information.

How much will i be charged for shipping?

Return & Exchange

Can i return my order?

You may return items within 14 days of receiving your delivery, provided they are unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. To initiate a refund, please contact us at contact@zevanni.com.

Can i exchange size or color?

Yes, you can exchange the size or color of your item. To initiate an exchange, please contact us at contact@zevanni.com. Once we receive your parcel, a new product will be sent out.

When will i recieve my refund?

As soon as your item has arrived to our warehouse, it will take 4-6 business days to receive your funds back.

What if my product came damaged?

If you received a damaged product please contact us at contact@zevanni.com with your order information and a picture of the damaged product. So we can send out a new one.
