REFUND & RETURN POLICY

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return eligible items within 14 days after the delivery has been received.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
Final sale items, underwear, and accessories are not eligible for return or exchange due to hygiene reasons.

2. Initiation of Return or Exchange
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
Contact our customer service team at contact@zevanni.com to request a return or exchange authorization.
Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to proceed.

3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
The items must be properly packed in the original packaging or other suitable packaging to avoid damage during transport. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely.
If a package is not picked up and returned to us (service point return), a €15 fee will be deducted from the refund to cover shipping and handling costs.

4. Refund Process
Refunds are processed within 30 days after the return is received. Shipping and invoice fees are not refunded.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

5. Exchange Policy
You may exchange items within 14 days of receiving your delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
To exchange for another size or color, follow the return steps above.
The new item will be shipped once the original item is received and processed.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately.
We will arrange a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs if applicable.

Note: Zevanni reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy criteria or appear fraudulent. This policy is effective as of July 22, 2025, and may be updated at any time.
